25 YEARS OF CONTROLAR
On January 2020, Controlar celebrated its 25th anniversary. The first jubilee of the company represents a new revolutionary step and technological revolution in test and automation systems, of international acknoledgment, and above all, of continuous commitment to innovation. Such achievements were accomplished bearing in mind underlying concerns such as safety, eco-efficiency, creation of value in a sustained manner, social responsibility, trust, transparency and ethics. Taking advantage of this milestone, the company also renewed its visual identity, adopting a more contemporary and harmonious image, which depicts the new reality and positioning of Controlar.

AST - Accelerated Stress Test System for Climatic Stress Screening
The Accelerated Stress Test System for Climatic Stress Screening developed by Controlar allows the functional testing of a wide range of products though environmental stimuli (temperature and humidity) in the production line (EoL). This system is prepared to test a high number of units installed and connected inside a climatic chamber to check if there are any change, defect or malfunction on the product characteristics. AOI - Automated Optical Inspection Test Solution
The Test Solution for Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) from Controlar performs functional test and vision test validation on displays and automotive clusters to ensure quality control at the end of the production line or between assembly stations. Using a standard interface and a quick ChangeOver method, this solution is prepared for flexible and dynamic production. BIM - BUS INTERFACE MODULAR BOX
Bus Interface Modular Box 3.1 provides a unique interface for modules such as:Communication interfaces or converters, DUT power and measurement, relay switching, DMM measurement, load simulation, etc. It allows the use of an external power source for the DUTs. It has TCP/IP socket communication without the need for specific drivers.Raw communication is possible without the need for APIs, making it compatible with virtually any operating system that supports TCP/IP socket.
