EMS receives ISO/ IEC 27001 certification

Trust, integrity and security towards our customers and colleagues are integral parts of our lived corporate identity. For our Information Security Management System (ISMS) we have now been certified according to the international standard ISO/ IEC 27001 in December 2021.

Evaluate the status quo, identify strengths and weaknesses, define potential threats, challenges and goals, make suggestions for improvement and implement them: Everyday life in every area of work at EMS.

To provide a neutral and professional view of our ISMS processes for IT and data security, we opted for an audit in accordance with the ISO/ IEC standard. An external auditor evaluated our security concepts at each of our sites and checked the day-to-day implementation of the same. This included, among other things, the sensitization of our employees regarding the handling of confidential data, the early detection of cyber attacks and the correct handling of IT security vulnerabilities. Our high security and quality standards are convincing.

At EMS GmbH, we are constantly working to further develop and optimize these standards for our customers and employees. So that we can guarantee secure and successful cooperation now and in the future.

Our Vendor Management System MAVES offers you support throughout the entire recruitment process.

The business processes of the customer, the managed service provider or master vendor, as well as the suppliers are mapped transparently in our software.

You always receive up-to-date data in real time!

MAVES consists of four main modules:

  • Recruiting (staffing requirements and profile matching)
  • Operations (the ongoing deployment of employees)
  • Time management (e-timesheeting and shift planning)
  • Reporting: accounting and needs-based reporting

Our modules are easy to use and configurable according to your needs. At the same time, they are always compliant with legal frameworks and compliance requirements.

Managed Service Providing

With our experienced Managed Service Providing team, we are your contact for the coordination of your personnel service providers. 

We already work with more than 200 affiliated personnel service providers within the framework of cooperation agreements and thus have a large network at our disposal, which we would be happy to put to use for you as well. 

For our partners, we act as a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Neutral Master Vendor (NMV) independent of the software used.

E-Learning

Through our expertise in e-learning, we offer companies a wide range of added value in the area of digital learning.

MAVES at a glance Our in-house software for external workforce management Our in-house developers work daily to simplify the recruitment and staffing process between companies and service providers. The result is a software that combines many functionalities, yet is clear and intuitive to use. To ensure that MAVES can be ideally integrated into your processes in the HR department, our team takes an in-depth look at your wishes and requirements for the software in advance. Due to the modular structure, functionalities can be selected to fit exactly.For clear and efficient work. This is how MAVES supports you as a company:  Module 1: Recruiting. MAVES enables you as a hirer to enter specific personnel requirements in the recruiting center. Staffing agencies or MSPs receive a notification about your search. They can then propose their candidate profiles to you. You yourself decide on the requirements and sequence of the recruitment and approval processes.  Module 2: Operation. The administration and structuring of all your external employees is possible in this main module. Here you keep track of assignments, expenses, deadlines and compliance. All document management also runs through Operation. Employment contracts, safety instructions, etc. are legally signed and digitally secured here via E-Sign.  Module 3: Time Management. In the Time Management module, you keep an eye on the assignments of your external employees. At a glance, you can analyze the location and type of deployment of your employees and adjust them if necessary.
