INFORM solves complex problems. We develop optimization software using Digital Decision Making based on Artificial Intelligence and Operations Research for a broad range of sectors. Every day, our systems manage tens of thousands of employees at airports, move millions of new vehicles from plant to dealer on schedule, ensure smooth workflows for cruise ship construction and monitor over 250 million fund transfers for fraud prevention in payment transactions.

INFORM software automates decision-making processes by finding the optimum solution for the customer from numerous alternatives. Our projects take us to every country in the world. How is an airbus in Toronto de-iced? How often do trucks need to supply concrete to large construction sites in Hong Kong? Our employees are experts in their specific fields, because in order to optimize operational workflows through software, we need to understand them. Ultimately, our customers expect time and cost savings in highly-complex decision-making situations – in a container port, where a container has to be moved every 3 seconds, for example, or in plant construction, where a machine is assembled in 30,000 processes using 5,000 parts, which must arrive in the assembly hall in the correct sequence at the right time. Established in 1969, INFORM has grown constantly. The company is developing new markets and investing heavily in research and development. Today, over 900 employees deliver customized software solutions for more than 1,000 customers worldwide.
