Founded in 1979, Societe de Transformation de Métaux “PAF” is the Tunisian leader in the production of welded steel tube, Cold Drawn Tube and Tubular Products. The activity takes place on its two production sites in Rades and Borj Cedria . Subsidiary of Poulina Group Holding (PGH), PAF has integrated the latest technologies of the tube to ensure to its customers total satisfaction in terms of quality, service and time.

Producing welded steel tube for 40 years, PAF (Company of Metal Transformation) has been since many years, the Tunisian leader and one of the largest African tube producers with a production capacity of more than 36.000 tons of tubes per year of various sections, materials according to last international production standards (like EN10305-3 ; EN10305-2 and EN10219).

As a main subsidiary company of POULINA Group Holding (PGH), one of the most important private groups in Tunisia, PAF integrated last technologies of the tube to bring to its customers a total satisfaction in term of quality, service and time and have been committed to hold always international Quality certifications since 1995 until nowadays with recent update to the ISO9001V2015 standard.

Business

In fact, with a target of achieving development of technical level products derived from the welded steel tube, PAF put in place in 2005 a cold drawn tube plant with a production capacity of 5000 tons/ year of precision tube. This represents an important introduction of PAF products in new markets with important added value (automotive cars spare parts, mechanical sector, furniture, etc).

In a durable spirit of horizontal development, PAF succeeded in setting up in 2012 a steel tube processing pole. It involves tube laser cutting, tube punching, CNC tube bending center, Welding Robot. Thanks to these operations, the engineers and technicians of our technical design departments, work in collaboration with our customers to bring to them the maximum of flexibility and efficiency in their industrial work conceptions.

Nowadays, Societe de Transformation de Métaux "PAF" is exporting 66% of its production in Europe, North Africa and West Africa and is satisfying needs of several industries and fields of activity like: scaffolding and building construction equipment, furniture, automotive parts , domotic motors,Greenhouses, livestock material etc...
