Private Company, established in 1991. We are the Company that can meet all customer requirements. Deling production facility is devided in mechanical and eletrical production. In mechanical facility we have complete metal sheet (steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum) processing stages. We use 2D laser cutters, tube laser, punching, bending, welding CNC machines, including powder coating as final surface protection. In electrical facility, we have our pwn production of LV SwG (In= 160-7000 A), MV SwG (Un=6-36 kV; In=630-2500 A), and distributive compact transformer stations (10-20/0,4 kV). All of our products are type tested in accredited laboratories (CESI, Koncar, IPH), according to relevant IEC standards. We are reliable partner for many German Companies, as a supplier Company, for almost a decade. We are in constant searh for new partners, with whom we can achieve cooperation, with mutual pleasure.

We offer electrical and mechanical engineering. We use world famous softwares, such as ePlan, Solidworks, Autocad. Electrical Engineering - Low voltage SwG, Medium voltage SwG, Transfomer stations (voltage levev 0,4 - 110 kV). Mechanical Engineering - Low voltage SwG, Medium voltage SwG, Transfomer stations (voltage levev 0,4 - 110 kV), Mechanical products and semi products (containers, cabins, cabinets, small and medium sized constructions).
METAL SHEET PROCESSING
- Metal sheet laser cutting/punching
We offer metal sheet laser cutting services, as a part of complete metal sheet processing. We
have 2 pcs of 2D laser cutters and one tube laser cutter. LASER CUTTING of metal sheets – steel,
stainless steel, aluminum, up to 25 mm thickness. TUBE LASER for pipes cutting (max diameter
152 mm).
- Metal sheet bending services
We offer metal sheet bending services, as a part of complete metal sheet processing. We have 2
pcs of apkant hydraulic and servo bending machines. Bending up to 10 mm thickness (steel,
galvanized and stainless steel, aluminum).
- Metal sheet welding services
We offer metal sheet welding services, as a part of complete metal sheet processing. We
perform TIG, MIG, and MAG welding procedures. We are certified company for welding metal
sheets.
- Metal sheet honing and painting & powder coating
We offer metal sheet honing and painting services, which includes wet painting process, and
powder coating.
Electrical panel builder / producer (low voltage SwG)
DELING is low voltage panel designer, manufacturer and builder. LV panels types: distribution, MCC, SCADA&PLC, control, metering, up to 7000 A (100 kA). Production is not classilal serial production, so every panel is designed and built individually. Routine test report are performed inside factory. Type test reports are performed in accredited laboratories.
Compact transformer stations
Deling is designes and manufacturer of HV/LV transformer stations, 10(20)/0,4(0,8) kV. Housing made of concrete or aluminum. Max installed power is 5 MVA. Routine test report are performed inside factory. Type test reports are performed in accredited laboratories.
