Technologies
The production process of manufacturing welded steel structures and assemblies in our plant consists of the following technological phases:
- Cleaning surfaces with shot and grit
- Cutting of CNC plasma and gas cutters of steel sheets up to 200 mm thick
- Water jet cutting of all types of materials (Steel, Stainless steel, Aluminum, Brass, Copper, Alu Bond, Plexiglas, PVC, Rubber, Glass, Composite materials and Other types of materials)
- Positioning by angular and circular bending of sheets up to 20 mm thick
- Service pipe bending from Ø20 mm to Ø88.9 mm
- Locksmith assembly and welding by personnel certified according to EN ISO 9606-1 using modern Varstroj and Lincoln welding machines

- Anti-corrosion protection by painting
- Quality control by all non-destructive methods with certified staff
