As a subcontracting company, we carry out hot stamping and manufacture of high resistance brass, aluminum, copper and special alloys. We have many years of experience in machining brass, aluminium or copper (non-ferrous materials) parts.

ESTEL, with over 40 years experience in the metallurgical sector, is a sound and consolidated company that offers all services related to Hot Forging and Machining of Non-Ferrous Metals.
Our projects
Thanks to its extensive use of specialist machinery and presses, we offer a wide variety of possibilities for the manufacturing of parts of different sectors from the design phase to the delivery of the finished part.

Technical office
Our Engineering and Technical Department provides you with service and experience in forging and machining parts, offering advice to develop new projects and follow up to existing ones.
Once the Project is approved, the next step will be the design plans, models, prototipes and if it applies, the ulterior CAD-CAM machining.
We can provide you with your product´s 3D file in order for you to access it from any computer, as well as approval before initiating its production. Estel makes design and reengineering of processes or pieces in hot forging of copper, of heavy pieces in brass (high resistance) or aluminum.
We also design and develop tools, we produce them and can provide samples of the parts upon request.
Manufacturing of Moulds and Tools
We have our own manufacture workshop, specialized mainly in manufacturing forging dies or moulds, matrices and tools of machining parts.
Together with the technical office we create programs for machining tools in CNC machines. We have many years of experience in machining brass, aluminium or copper (non-ferrous materials) parts.
We have our machining centers to work with CAD-CAM, which allows us to manufacture the tools required to produce the parts.
Hot Forging
In our 2.500m2 factory with specialized machinery and qualified staff we can offer:
- Small and medium series production.
- Manufacturing pieces from 0,30gr to 6Kg.
- Service of finished pieces, turning, milling, drilling, heating treatment, plating, etc..
- We carry out hot stamping and manufacture of high resistance brass, aluminum, copper and special alloys.
- Possibility of delivery of pieces completely finished, turned, milled, treated with heat, polished and chromed.
- Accomplishing the deadline.
