SARAČEVIĆ DOO started with sale of consumer goods and after the 2007. it began to specialize sale with products of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy. By researching needs of purchasers Saračević d.o.o. decides to make conditions for delivery of parts in shape, quantity and time required by purchaser, so it buys the first saws for cutting and provides transport means for delivery.
Present focus in business is on sale and manufacturing of parts from special steels with high mechanical properties resistant to wear such as HARDOX, but also other products of SSAB group. The company is since 20.1.2012. only certified HARDOX WEARPARTS partner in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Manufacturing of parts form these materials required also installing of new capacities such as gas and plasma cutters, machining with drilling and milling. In addition to fulfilling requests for quality of parts Saračević d.o.o. endeavours to fulfill also specific requests of buyers such as very short term of delivery, delivery of the product to purchaser, while remaining competitive.
In so doing, manufacturing in Saračević d.o.o. realizes deliveries which buyer requires within hours, rather then days. Thus, the product gets all characteristics of product-service. That is exactly why company Saračević d.o.o. dedicates great efforts into enabling human and mechanical resources for such a type of manufacturing and succeeds to fulfill such requests and achieve continuous increase of manufacturing parts.
Present capacities can provide fabrication of parts that require following machining:
- Cutting on CNC gas cutter of all types of steel, dimensions up to #300 x 2000 x 6000 mm
- Cutting on CNC plasma cutter of all types of steel and stainless steel, dimensions up to #35 x 2000 x 6000 mm
- Cutting on 3D CNC plasma cutter that possesses also TRUE HOLE tehnology of all types of steel of dimensions up to #40 x 2000 x 6000 mm
- Cutting of rods and plate material of all kind of steel and non-ferrous metals, of dimensions up to 800 x 1000 mm
- Machining by milling and drilling, working surface of the table is 600 x 800 x 1500 mm
- Bending plates of length up to 6 m on a press of power 320 t
- Depending on requests of market in terms of new technical requests and greater quantities
