In the scope of total and constant collaboration with the production department, the technical department handles internal design and works with drawings provided by the customer, as well as its own complete projects, created according to customer specifications and optimized thanks to the consolidated knowledge and experience in our company.

Our services
Officine G.S.P. offers its Customers a full-service product from the initial design to the shipment of the finished product.
Aiming to offer a total and consistent cooperation, our Technical Department takes charge of internal design and, based on the specific requirements of the job, can work both from the Customers’ own drawings or from in-house designs. Conception and design are the result of the expertise and the consolidated know-how of Officine G.S.P., as informed by the specific Customers’ requests.
For this reason, Officine G.S.P. is happy to offer assembly and shipping services also, carried out using our in-house logistics and shipping department.

BENDING
The bending department is composted of 10 CNC systems for sheet metal bending.
LASER CUTTING
We have two 2D laser cuttings systems equipped with automatic warehouses, with a low enviromental impact and high energy efficiency. We have a punching machine combined with shears, with completely automated loading and unloading, separating and arranging manufactured items at different unloading points.
PIPE CUTTING
Laser system with latest-generation fibre source for processing pipes, which in its standard configuration has a tilting axis that can perform non-orthogonal 3D cutting on the pipe surface.
