Oscatech microinyección is a specialist in micro-injection and injection moulding of plastic parts.
Our expertise comprises the industrialisation process from the designing of parts, moulds and processes, through to production and final control and all in-company at our facilities.
We use injection moulding technology, including specific means for high performance materials, fluoropolymers, thermoplastics elastomers, biopolymers, etc.
Injection process is completed with assembly, laser marking, ultrasonic welding, blistering, and packaging of components.
All processes can be carry our under clean room conditions Class 7 and under ISO13485 and ISO9001 standard.
We ensure maximum reactivity, flexibility and cooperation in your projects. OSCATech is independent from any industrial groups, which allows assuring the maximum confidentiality when developing and manufacturing innovative products.
