Its production site is located on an area of 60,000 m², of which 6,500 m² covered. Our 2D Laser and our Tube Laser allow us to carry out profiles and works tubes with an excellent cutting quality. We always offered a tailor-made service: we translate our customer’s design idea into a semi-finished products.

With its presence in the international markets for over than 30 years, EB Metal is a leading company in the field of bended and roll-formed profiles for modular construction, for mobile homes and in the field of metal construction in general. Its headquarter and its production site are located in Tuscany, in Arezzo countryside, on an area of 60,000 m², of which 6,500 m² covered.
Our company is certified UNI EN ISO 9001 and we obtained the certification UNI EN ISO 1090 for CE marking and for our welding department that employs certified welders according to UNI EN ISO 3834.
Thanks also to our Customers, EB Metal managed to grow and become a reliable producer-partner with long and stable collaborations with world-wide companies in the modular sector, in the mobile-home field and in the shelving and photovoltaic systems sector.
Starting from certified 1st choice coils that are purchased from the main national steel mills, we realise the required profiles, in different types of steel (galvanized, pickled, black, pre-painted, stainless steel, aluminum ...), quality (structural and not) and thickness (from 0.5 mm to 5 mm). All semi-finished products can be made with holes, notches, 45° cutting, embossed holes ...
The tubes working includes both the cut-to-measure and other operations such as perforations, incisions and other on the basis of the design supplied to us. In addition, we also offer a service of powder coating, electrolytic or hot galvanizing for both profiles and tubes, in collaboration with selected Suppliers with which we have been working for many years.
We also offer two models of corrugated roof sheets that have been designed specifically for the field of lightweight modular construction and they are particularly handy and easy to install. They can be produced in different thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 1 mm in pre-galvanized or pre-painted sheet metal (25 µm polyester as basic).
We produce a lightweight container of extreme ease and rapidity in assembly that can be used for the storage of materials. The structure is in galvanized steel as well as the walls and the roof, while the floor is composed of wooden boards and is equipped with a two-wings door complete with external handle, marine container type.

Lightweight container with extremely simple and quick assembly that can be used for storing and depositing materials. The structure is made of 20/10 and 30/10 galvanised steel; the walls and roof are made of 6/10 galvanised corrugated sheets with a depth of 40 mm. The floor is made of 35 mm diameter wooden boards or, on request, can be made of a grid under which there is a galvanised tank for collecting liquids. It is equipped with a 2-leaf door fitted with an external handle with 3-point locking in a tubular sea container type. Lifting the container is possible thanks to the 4 galvanised 30/10 corner blocks with holes for attaching cables. The e-box is delivered disassembled to facilitate transport. Up to 7 modules can be stacked to make the best use of the height of the industrial truck, as the height of each is 370 mm when packed flat. The standard dimensions (length x width x height) are: 3 mt x 2.20 mt x 2.20 mt 4 mt x 2,20 mt x 2,20 mt 5 mt x 2,20 mt x 2,20 mt 6 mt x 2.20 mt x 2.20 mt To meet the storage needs typical of world markets, a container with reduced dimensions (1.50 mx 2.50 mx H 2.00 m) with a single door - E-Pod - was also studied.

Corrugated sheetsThe two models of corrugated roofing sheets of our production, 38/1000 and 38 / 1000A (pitch 1000 mm and the height of the corrugation 38 mm) have been specially designed for the field of light module construction, they are particularly handy and easy to install. are 38/1000 and 38 / 1000A, i.e. 1000 mm pitch and 38 mm corrugation height. They can be manufactured in thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 1 mm in pre-galvanised or pre-painted sheet metal (25 µm polyester base) and with a maximum length that can be transported by truck of 13 metres. On request, we can use structural steels, steels with special protective treatments (polyester 35 µm, polyamide PVDF...). To limit the problem of condensation, we can apply a self-adhesive anti-condensation membrane during the panel manufacturing process and, if required, we can also supply a Greek closure joint made of cross-linked polyethylene foam to prevent the penetration of dust, sand ... in the roof.
