Having been founded in 1986, SISMA’s history has been driven by a series of technological innovations, which have brought competitiveness in a broad spectrum of markets. We are always seeking to create innovative processes, services, tools and techniques to achieve a leadership position, optimize internal management and be versatile.
We are certified by ISO 9001 quality standard, by ISO 14001 environmental standard and ISO 13485 medical devices standard. EN 9100 is now in implementation phase.
Business
SISMA is skilled in precision machining of materials such as steel, stainless steel, brass, titanium, aluminium and non-metallic materials. To perform our machining services we rely on our know-how and productive capabilities, which include:
- Swiss turning: machines with up to 12 axis and a capacity to work parts from Ø1 mm to Ø38 mm
- Turning: machines with up to 11 axis and capacity to work parts up to Ø60 mm
- Milling: machines up to 5 axis and a capacity to work parts up to 600x400x500 mm
Because we are always challenging to exceed our capabilities, we’ve recently expanded our facilities to over 5000 sqm of sustainable environmental solutions.
