This is how MAVES supports you as a company:
Module 1: Recruiting.
MAVES enables you as a hirer to enter specific personnel requirements in the recruiting center. Staffing agencies or MSPs receive a notification about your search. They can then propose their candidate profiles to you. You yourself decide on the requirements and sequence of the recruitment and approval processes.
Module 2: Operation.
The administration and structuring of all your external employees is possible in this main module. Here you keep track of assignments, expenses, deadlines and compliance. All document management also runs through Operation. Employment contracts, safety instructions, etc. are legally signed and digitally secured here via E-Sign.
Module 3: Time Management.
In the Time Management module, you keep an eye on the assignments of your external employees. At a glance, you can analyze the location and type of deployment of your employees and adjust them if necessary. Time recording data from third-party systems can be easily imported at this point.
Module 4: Reporting.
