With the supplier portal, you are in direct contact with your suppliers throughout the entire lifecycle of your business relationship: from onboarding to qualification, from classification to supplier collaboration, from supplier evaluation and risk management to methodical supplier development. 

The SC-Manager supplier portal enables comprehensive optimization of supplier relationships in each of these phases. The intelligent networking of all parties involved accelerates workflows, promotes direct communication and simplifies processes in an uncomplicated manner.  

The platform supports you in obtaining and monitoring information and documents from your suppliers in an efficient, workflow-controlled and methodical manner. 

Self-disclosure, document management and qualification 

Depending on the process, suppliers answer questionnaires for self-disclosure (master data, ESG, compliance, classification) as well as document lists for the provision of certificates and all other necessary documents. The documents can be assigned both company-specific and product-specific (e.g. for Reach & Rohs). 

Supplier Collaboration 

In the collaboration phase, i.e. the daily collaboration, suppliers answer your tenders and price inquiries, process and confirm orders and upload invoices. Complaints, including 8D reports, can also be processed by suppliers via the supplier portal. 

Reporting and action management 

To ensure transparent and well-founded collaboration, suppliers are also provided with reports, for example on their evaluation results and risk & compliance ratings with corresponding improvement measures, directly via the portal. 

These improvement measures are exchanged with suppliers via the supplier portal in the form of tasks with deadlines, status, responsibilities and corresponding reminder functions. 

Central control by the purchasing department
