Self-disclosure, document management and qualification
Depending on the process, suppliers answer questionnaires for self-disclosure (master data, ESG, compliance, classification) as well as document lists for the provision of certificates and all other necessary documents. The documents can be assigned both company-specific and product-specific (e.g. for Reach & Rohs).
Supplier Collaboration
In the collaboration phase, i.e. the daily collaboration, suppliers answer your tenders and price inquiries, process and confirm orders and upload invoices. Complaints, including 8D reports, can also be processed by suppliers via the supplier portal.
Reporting and action management
