What criteria are checked at Certified Business Hotels?

A certified business hotel must meet the requirements of business travelers and be able to respond to their special wishes with a range of services. In several workshops with the travel managers who are used by Certified as examiners, and based on current survey results among frequent and business travelers, updated and new questions have been added to the test catalog. Since July 2019, the exams have been carried out using the new, 101-point questionnaire.
