Quality assurance is supported by two measuring rooms (with a total of five 3D measuring instruments, several purpose-built measurement devices, such as a height measurement device and a contour plotter), a material laboratory (hardness measurement and crack detection required for heat treatment) and tool calibration laser devices.

The turning and machining centres have been continuously equipped with automatic measuring systems in order to provide the appropriate conditions for automated manufacturing processes; these devices are capable of continuously monitoring the manufactured parts, documenting the measurement results and correcting the manufacturing programmes if necessary.
