The experience gained by PROMEL as fire alarm and gas detection systems integrator in the OIL&GAS sector has produced in 1992 the first proprietary firefighting system with hardwired logic, SRI301/602.
In 2002 the design and construction of the FGP-04 Fire and Gas detection system, microprocessor based, was started and the first exemplary was delivered in 2004.  Today PROMEL offers to its Customers a complete range of systems suitable to several applications; the systems have reduced dimensions, are reliable and easy to use. Their configuration flexibility and simplicity of access enable to minimize the systems complexity and the hours for installation and start up, always in accord with the most advanced HSE standards and applicable European Laws. The PROMEL’s systems, originally developed for OIL&GAS applications, can be used in RAILWAY  APPLICATIONS, both on board and in stations.
