Corrugated sheets

The two models of corrugated roofing sheets of our production, 38/1000 and 38 / 1000A (pitch 1000 mm and the height of the corrugation 38 mm) have been specially designed for the field of light module construction, they are particularly handy and easy to install. are 38/1000 and 38 / 1000A, i.e. 1000 mm pitch and 38 mm corrugation height.

They can be manufactured in thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 1 mm in pre-galvanised or pre-painted sheet metal (25 µm polyester base) and with a maximum length that can be transported by truck of 13 metres.

On request, we can use structural steels, steels with special protective treatments (polyester 35 µm, polyamide PVDF...).

To limit the problem of condensation, we can apply a self-adhesive anti-condensation membrane during the panel manufacturing process and, if required, we can also supply a Greek closure joint made of cross-linked polyethylene foam to prevent the penetration of dust, sand ... in the roof.
