Magnetic rubber as a base material for 2D mouldings

Magnetic rubber 150/180 is an extremely flexible semi-finished product for the production of components with magnetic properties. It is an elastic polymer with an anisotropic structure. The material is considerably less expensive than ceramic magnets, has a high adhesive force and is very suitable for mechanical processing.
For many who need a material for the production of flat rings, rounds or strips with high magnetic holding force, magnetic rubber 150/180 is now one of the preferred semi-finished products. The material can be processed without splintering. Possible applications are as pulse generators in hydraulic cylinders, as cut-off switches in robot arms, as sound insulation elements in pipelines, as contact generators in lifts, and in many other applications. 
We supply the magnetic rubber 150/180 not only as prefabricated semi-finished products in the form of plates and strips, but also manufacture customised components from it. On request, these moulded parts can be coated on one or both sides with coloured or adhesive foils or be given a surface-protecting felt. In our factory in Kürnach, we can economically produce individual 2D geometries even in small quantities.
