As a service for professional qualification of the AHK Portugal, we have been training excellently qualified professionals according to the dual system for over 30 years. DUAL offers three different services in the areas of education and training. Companies can also find a service in the field of recruitment. The qualification by DUAL is based on the German dual system, which enables the theoretically acquired knowledge to be continuously implemented and applied in the operational part during the training. This concept makes a difference not only in the further training of skilled workers, but especially in the initial training of young people. In addition to the qualification service and in order to meet the needs of members and customers, DUAL has been offering an additional service in the field of human resources and consulting since 2011.
