BME International Matchmaking Events 2025

Since 2009 we have brought buyers and suppliers together in over 4,000 matchmakings. With a success rate of over 28%, 1 out of 3 conversations leads to a result. The focus of the B2B matchmaking is on production materials and services - in Europe, Asia and North Africa.

More than 700 buyers and 3,000 suppliers with over 20 participating partners from 26 active sourcing markets have already signed up on the platform!

After registering free of charge for a matchmaking service, buyers can express their needs by filling out the RFI questionnaire. Our partners on-site prequalify suppliers and service providers, who publish their profiles on the platform, in commodity groups.

Buyers are then able to search the platform for suitable suppliers that meet their individual requirements. Supplying companies also have access to buyer profiles and can invite buyers that match their competences.

Based on your matches, you can decide which events you ultimately want to register for. The final step is to schedule your B2B meetings by BME. You will receive your individual plan prior to the event.

First steps to participate in events

➀ Register as buyer or supplier for BME Matchmaking Service, free of charge*. 
➁ Fill out and send the questionnaire to BME. Mark the events you are interested in, free of charge.
➂ BME will inform you as soon as you get access to the profiles, can select your preferred B2B partners and register for the events.

Our Service for Buyers and Suppliers

Our buyer-supplier matchmakings enable direct discussions between procurement professionals and international suppliers. Buyers have a chance to find suitable suppliers of commodities from different sectors.

Suppliers have an opportunity to meet matching buyers from different branches. The aim is to connect only with business partners who fit together during pre-scheduled B2B meetings.
