CEE Procurement & Supply Forum - one of BME's international flagship events - celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2024. This year's event is returning to its roots and will take place from 7 to 8 October 2024 in the Hungarian capital Budapest, the venue of the first CEE format.

It will once again combine highly informative presentations by renowned buyers with B2B matchmaking for buyers with suppliers from over 15 Central and Eastern European countries. Among others, AUDI will give an insight into the procurement of an OEM.

Almost 20 purchasing companies, including AUDI, Siemens, Gardena and Hansgrohe, have already registered for the event and are currently in the supplier evaluation phase. However, you can still to register for the event and select suitable B2B partners at www.bmematchmaking.com. As soon as companies have registered, their profile and requirements are visible to suppliers from Central and Eastern Europe. Over 900 detailed profiles are already in the system and thanks to our advanced filtering options, selecting the right suppliers is easier than ever!

At this year's edition, the program is expanded with workshops on current procurement trends, among other things. The conference will be held at the Continental Hotel Budapest. Further information can be found on the event page.

"With the new event format, we are ensuring that the AHK partners are more deeply involved in the supplier search. This will enable them to identify suitable suppliers for our buyers even more efficiently and focus even better on their needs," emphasizes Joanna Chrzanowska, project manager of the event in the BME International team.

SMEs in particular save time and money through direct dialogue with suppliers on-site. In the opinion of many participants, supplier sourcing could hardly be more efficient. All purchasing companies can obtain a detailed overview of the suppliers' portfolios and plan meetings. Long-time participant Eva Pulkrtová, who works in Corporate Purchasing/Strategic Purchasing at Körber AG, also emphasizes this added value: "Working with BME has given us the opportunity to tap into procurement markets that we probably wouldn't have explored on our own. It is great to be in contact and co-operate with such an experienced partner."

Conditions:
Participation in the event, an individual supplier list and a Meet & Greet table (without pre-scheduled meetings) costs 995 euros plus VAT. A B2B table (with pre-arranged appointments) costs an additional 250 euros plus VAT.

No risk thanks to the BME Sourcing Guarantee: If fewer than 4 suitable suppliers are found during the search and application process, there are no costs for purchasing companies. In this case, participation in the event can be cancelled free of charge.
